Fermax VDS Doorbell suppression
In order to use doorbell suppression adjust the connections as follows:
Opener:
black … “-” terminal of the intercom
red… “L” terminal of the intercom
orange… “L” terminal of the intercom
yellow … clamp
green … “+” terminal of the intercom
Intercom:
“-” cable … “-” terminal of the intercom
“L” cable … “L” terminal of the intercom
“+” cable … clamp
Comelit Bus systems
Comelit Bus based systems are not compatible with the Nuki Opener.
Ritto 4630 systems
Due to differences in the bus signals to the actual TwinBus, the Ritto 4630 profile must be adapted. The main problem with these systems lies in an older version of the Twinbus transformer providing a different voltage to the bus system. We are currently addressing this issue by firmware adaptions.

IOS - Opener - Smart Lock 2.0 combination Bug
We are currently facing the following problem if you have a combination of Nuki Opener and Nuki Smartlock on your Status screen using IOS. Ring to Open will only work when the app is in the foreground. Otherwise, the Opener simply doesn’t recognize the ringing at the door. Continuous mode is also affected.

Bticino - incorrect doorbell recognition
the bug causing this issue (e.g. doorbell recognition by actuating the neighbours’ doorbell) has been found and will be corrected in the upcoming beta firmware.

Golmar Bus based systems
These systems work differently. At the moment we do not have any firmware-based solution to this problem. Possible hardware enhancements to make the system compatible are currently under investigation.

Ring to Open is not working, if doorbell suppression is active
Solution: Disconnect the red Opener cable from the screw terminal of your intercom and put it in the clamp together with the yellow one. Please see the attached connection diagram.

Doorbell suppression is not working
Temporary solution: Goto ‘Settings’ > ‘Manage Opener’ > ‘Ring suppression’ and click on the Headline (iOS) or the text below the headline (Android) 7 times to change the doorbell suppression duration. 3000ms is a good starting point. Try to decrease the value to reduce the delay when opening the door.
Ring to Open is not working, if doorbell suppression is active
Temporary solution: Goto ‘Settings’ > ‘Manage Opener’ > ‘Opening delay’ and set it to 3 sec. In addition to that, disconnect the red Opener cable from the screw terminal of your intercom and put it in the clamp together with the yellow one. Please see the attached connection diagram. A permanent fix is under development and will be released shortly
