This Beta further optimizes the device performance and improves signalizations patterns. Additionally it fixes a critical issue which seldomly caused the Smart Lock to crash during the execution of lock actions which were triggered via MQTTT (as mentioned here: Nuki Smart Lock Pro Chrashing)
My Smart Lock Ultra just startet to open-close itself. Without any interaction. No idea why. Cannot stop it, also no access via the App.
Now I have to wait till the battery is off or it self destroy.
Never seen this before. Really confusing.
Edit: After it getting hot I have pushed the Button long enough till it went in maintenance mode. After complete re-adjustment and reconnect the door sensor and keypad it worked again.
Unable to scroll to the start of the event (basic customer view in the protocol). However, it state allot of the attached ones. As mentioned, I didn’t stop by itself. Only keep pushing the button till it entered the maintenance mode was the only way to gain access through the App before starting the calibration.

You’ll also notice general performance and stability enhancements for a more dependable experience.
Since the last update, I’ve had a few problems where the motor is blocked and the latch doesn’t come out. After calibrating a few times, the problem is solved, but this isn’t the solution.
5.5.4: My Ultra just destroyed the gear because it lost its calibration and tried to open the lock with one hit. This has happened also sometimes before . Today, the Ultra also damaged the door lock. Who will now cover the damages? I don’t want the Ultra anymore, I want to return it. The support has been reassuring me about updates for 8 months now, and it’s only getting worse!
