Since the 2 beta updates, my lock motor has been lacking power, sometimes it jams and flashes red. The battery is fully charged and I also tested with AA batteries, the result is the same. Have you reduced the motor power?

After few months without issues with Matt, I got again the battery drain in few days so I reconfigured matter but again after few days it doesn’t work anymore. So I have to choose between Matter and sometimes I can’t open my door or wifi but I have to load the battery every weeks…

how can I install version: ’ Smart Lock Beta 4.8.0’ because I have the same problem described in the posts ? * Fix for lockActionEvent tiggered even in case of wrong code input on keypad

Initial post has been updated with the release notes of the new Beta 4.8.1.

This release provides improvements regarding stability and reliability as well as more meaningful LED signalizations during lock actions or when reporting errors.
It also prevents the Smart Lock from experiencing issues during a lock action is performed.

We highly appreciate the numerous feedback provided from all out Beta testers and are eager to improve our products to achieve the best in class user experience. Please install this newest version and provide feedback in this channel in order to further shape the experience.

Hello @Stefan_Reiterer, after the last firmware upgrade to version 4.8.1 I have issue with the matter connection. To solve the problem I kneed to remove the battery pack.

The Public Release 4.8.4 is available and being rolled out in stages over the next weeks, thus this topic is closed.
