Unlock door with Google Home

Hi Jesper, you only get this feedback when you are using the Nuki Custom Action, with which it is not possible to unlock doors.

Please use the native Nuki Smart Home action to be able to unlock the door.

Setup instructions:

  1. In the Google Home App go to: Add > Set up device > Works with Google > already set up > Nuki
  2. Choose “Nuki” and log in with your Nuki Web account data and allow the Google Assistant to access your Smart Locks via Nuki Web.
  3. For unlocking doors with Google Assistant, set your personal security code (e.g. 1234).
  4. When you have finished the setup, tell Google to lock the door. Say for example: “Hey Google, unlock NUKI.”

In the commands you have to use the name of the device, which you can change in the Google Home App.
