Initial post has been updated with the release notes of the new Beta 5.6.1.

If you experienced issues where the Smart Lock failed to unlatch properly this new Beta addresses this issue.
We would also like to hear from you if you still notice strange noises when the Smart Lock reaches the open edge.

Nuki Smart Lock Go: Hinsichtlich des Motordrehmomentes hat sich leider nichts getan. Es ist etwas zu schwach fĂŒr meine TĂŒr.
Er schafft es erst beim 2. Versuch, dann dreht er auch etwas schneller (?). Manchmal schafft der Motor es schon beim 1. Versuch. Ziehe ich die TĂŒr ran, funktioniert es einwandfrei. Ansonsten kaum Probleme. Ab und zu blockiert der Motor und lĂ€sst die Falle nicht los. Die Batterieanzeige muss ĂŒberarbeitet werden, sie zeigte neulich 66%, dann wieder 88%. Batterieerkennung fehlerhaft.

Fette mal den Schliessriegel, das hilft meistens.

Das habe ich natĂŒrlich schon gemacht. Die Dichtung der TĂŒr ist sehr dĂŒnn, hier kann nichts gemacht werden.
Das Problem sollte viele Nutzer betreffen, eine leichtschliessende TĂŒr ist wohl die Ausnahme.
Also der Motor ist das Problem, er kann bestimmt mehr Drehmoment liefern !

Ich meine damit, die Probleme treten NUR beim Ziehen der Falle auf. Auf und Zusperren funktionieren einwandfrei. Beim dritten Versuch die Falle zu ziehen klappt es ziemlich zuverlÀssig.
Kalibrieren bringt nichts.

Seltsam.
Neue Software drauf und Sofort hat der Riegel gehangen. 2 mal kaibriert, nun geht es.

Seltsam, heute nach 3 Versuchen o.k., dann der 4. auch o.k. Dann nach ca. 10 min wurde die Falle schon beim 1. Versuch komplett gezogen. Der Motor ist hörbar schneller. IRGENDETWAS MUSS DA NOCH GETAN WERDEN DAMIT DER MOTOR DIE GESCHWINDIGKEIT BEIBEHÄLT111

Heute hat mein Nuki Go jedesmal komplett die Falle gezogen (nur 1 mal nach dem Öffnen der TĂŒr diese nicht wieder freigegeben). Nach der Kalibration war wieder alles o.k.

Wie ist dieses Verhalten seit gestern zu erklÀren?

(Zuletzt habe ich die Falle schon vor ca. 1 Woche geölt. Grosse Temperaturunterschiede hat es nicht gegeben)

I’ve been on the beta 5.6.1 for a while now. It’s working great for me. I’ve noticed an improvement with the Auto Unlock responsiveness, but that could be down to N1 improvements in the latest iOS 26.0.1 update.

If you are looking to join the beta program you can get instructions on how to do that on the link below. Please note that once your device is on the beta firmware you cannot return to the previous version 4.7.4 you will only be able to update to a newer versions as they are released on either the beta channel or the public release versions.

Any news? Missing the end point issue (stuttering) came back with this firmware

4 days without the mentioned problem with the door trap,
today this issue appears again. There are no changes made on the door. I have to draw the door to me , then Nuki opens the door as mentioned before.
—> The motor device is too weak

Since today morning it is going better and better again, the last 5 opening attempts were successfully.
It is remarkable that the motor speed is higher than yesterday, one can hear that clearly !!

→ Software problem, the motor is able to do this job !

@Stefan Reiterer and collegues: What do you say about that behavior ?

While attempting opening the door trap in the morning the door only opened on the 3rd attempt while the engine speed increases from time to time. Then the door opened without any problems for the rest of the day.
This behavior i have noticed some days before.
