As 4.5.x has been released publicly, you might need to wait for this to arrive on your lock first. If you do not want to wait for the staged roll-out, you can manually update at any time with the Nuki app.
Hi there, I’ve updated my smart lock to the last beta version but wifi problem still there since last firmware of august to today. Smart lock connect correctly to access point (Cisco 3702) but connection life is about 1 minute or less then it never connect again unless I reboot it. I’ve tried everything, smart lock hard reset, played with the AP configuration but nothing change, at the same AP I’ve several devices connect (Shelly, bticino devices, Amazon echo, velux gateway, laptops, smartphones and so on) and the only issued device it’s the nuki’s one. I hope every time for a resolution from the firmware update but it never happened. Have you got some suggestions? Thank’you, cheers from Italy
Although I hate to sound like a “DoesNotHelpYouDesk”: did you already tried to restart your WiFi router. How far is your WiFi router from the Nuki lock? I had to install an extra Mesh “tower” near my Nuki lock to get a strong enough WiFi signal.
Absolutely not Nuki related: I had an Eve Outdoor camera that really could “see” one of my Mesh “towers” through the window, which “disconnected” every other day. I replaced that camera for another Eve camera (which I used ant the back of my house) and that one keeps the connection.
I’ve tried everything, btw I haven’t a wifi router but an access point (Cisco 3702). AP and smart lock are about 4 meters far without anything between. Everything connected to AP works without any problem, the only one device with connection problem is the smart lock
Yes, it is a feature of Matter 1.2 and supported by the Nuki Smart Lock, but not (yet?) supported by Apple Home. As far as we know it is also not supported in iOS 18.4.
