Problem Nuki Opener / Ritto 7630/x0

I got pretty excited when I read that unjust need to ignore the not opening of the door. But unfortunately this also seems not to work. I am now commenting here to hopefully raise the developers awareness about this specific opener.

I think I exhausted all possibilities through the search function of this board and the support. The following list shows all options that I have tried. Whenever I mention failed in the list without any further explanation, it means that the step, when the opener should open the door after ringing the bell failed. Everything else until then (cabling check, registering the door opening button press) succeed.

  • configure as 7630/x0 according to the Nuki App - failed :negative_squared_cross_mark:
  • configure as 7630/x0 with the minimal cabling option (black to b, red to a) failed :negative_squared_cross_mark:
  • configure as 7630/x0 according to the Nuki App and ignore the failed door opening (see comment above Problem Nuki Opener / Ritto 7630/x0 - #2 by Olaf ) - failed :negative_squared_cross_mark:
  • configure as 17630/70 according to the Nuki App - failed with unsupported cabling error (according to Nuki Ritto 17630 (white 1763070) 7630/x0 and 17630 are the same) :negative_squared_cross_mark:
  • configure as 1763070 according to the Nuki App - failed :negative_squared_cross_mark:

I then went to the other apartments in the building and found out, that the system is mixed. Ritto 7630/x0 is being used in my apartment, in the others there is a Ritto 4630 installed. I removed my 7630/x0 and tried the Opener on a 4630.

  • configure as 4630 according to the Nuki App - failed :negative_squared_cross_mark:

Some more research on this site revealed, that some users have had some success with choosing the generic hardware during the setup (see Ritto 4630/02 - #28 by thkl). So I tried this (I mean at this point I have nothing to loose):

  • configure as Generic (Twinbus) according to the Nuki App - failed :negative_squared_cross_mark:
  • configure as Generic (Generic) according to the Nuki App - failed with unsupported cabling error :negative_squared_cross_mark:

@Community @NukiTeam @Developers: If you have any other idea how to make my Opener work, I’m willing to try your suggestions.
