This is a somewhat known problem when the Smart Lock itself did already download an update partially and/or is in the progress of downloading it and you are manually starting an update via the App / BLE.

Tried to update from 3.6.9 to 3.7.7 manually via APP but it says no update available.
Is 3.7.7 officially released? Why canā€™t I update?

The rollout of the public version 3.7.7 has been paused and will be resumed by beginning of next week.
