The issue of the lock crashing still exist. I have two locks which went offline. One is in a very remote location and its really a problem. The locks have clearly somewhere a memory leak or something similar. Without a remote reboot feature locks will go offline after a period of time.
Why after 3 years this feature has not been implemented yet? Could have saved Nuki customers a lot of frustration and could have saved Nuki a lot of lost customers.
