Dear Community,

I purchased a Bticino 344682 to install in a new flat, wired in BUS system 2 wires.

I’d want to set up an opener configuration but I don’t know if there is a way to make it work ?
Anyone has a feedback ?

Dear Nuki Team,

After extensive testing, I have successfully installed a Nuki Opener 2.0 on a BTicino Classe 100X16E (344682).

The working configuration is:

Intercom: BTicino Classe 100X16E (344682)
Nuki firmware: 1.12.4
Brand: Generic
Model: BUS (SxS)

Wiring

  • BUS+: Blue/White pair + Black (Nuki)
  • BUS−: Orange/White pair + Red (Nuki)
  • All other Nuki wires not connected.

This configuration provides:

  • Automatic video on incoming calls.
  • Manual video.
  • Door opening.
  • Ring-to-Open.
  • Normal doorbell operation.

This information may help other users with the same intercom system and could be added to the compatibility documentation.
