Since 2 days (18.03.2020) Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 does’nt recognize leaving & entering the Geofence Zone (set to 100m). We tried different approches (by foot, pedelec, car).
Nor does’t ask if it should open the door even if we stand close to the door (single house/no other parties).
YES - bluethoos is on ! Battery - suffently charged ! Auto Unlock = yes

We both have same hardware (LG 7 fit) - Android Version 9 / Nuki android app V 2.6.5.
I should mention, that we had left the door unlocked & open for more than 3 hours because of good weather conditions.
Any clue what is wrong?

Please send a log-file with the exact time when it occured to our support team at contact@nuki.io, so they can check the details of what happend. (Best enable debug mode and retry it before you send the log; details see in the link below)
