How to send a log-file

If we ask you to send a log-file please always only do this via the In-App process! Open the hamburger menu of the Nuki App and select Help at the bottom of the list: [log-file_help] Scroll down to Contact customer support option to start the process: [Nuki_support_1] You will need to fill out some data and select the affected device and debug logs will be automatically created and added to the support ticket in the process: [Nuki_support_2]

As you maybe had no Debug mode on; please still provide us with the log file. Auto Unlock could maybe explained with some GPS issue, but lock command before is also very strange if not sent from you at that time.
