Nuki opener for comelit 2708w/a (working)

Today i managed to install my Nuki opener to my intercom which is a Comeli 2708w/a.

I started by following this post here, Nuki Opener and Comelit 2708W (Working).

But it didn’t work for me.

So i followed the instruction of the configuration on the nuki app which are displayed by selecting:

Brand: Generic
Model: Bus (Urmet BIBUS) → the last one

  1. Detach cables from L1 and place them in one slot of the clamp, in the other slot of the clamp place nuki’s yellow + red wires.
  2. Insert nuki’s black wire in L2
  3. Insert nuki’s orange + green wires in L1

Then the configurator asks if you can open the gate only by pressing the unlock button on the intercom (without receiving a ring), and my can, so maybe yours does too.

Proceed with the configuration.

The only problem i had was with the nuki opener not connecting well to the bridge, so I had to connnect before the configuration from the opener’s settings.

Then you shoul be all set to go!

Take into account that the configurator indicates a L1 and a L2 port, but on the intercom are not displayed the numbers. So I named them here for you

How was this method different to the one in that other post? I’m struggling at the moment and used your method above but it caused the main intercom at the gate on street level to show an error (serial line faulty) when any flat number was dialled. It worried me a bit that I had blown the system. It works now when I removed the opener but am hesitant to play around too much.

Hello,

I have a Comelit 6228/DE installed. This uses also simplebus1 .
Therefore it should also work.
I am able to install the opener and also to configure the first steps.
So the opener recognizes the opener signal and also the ring signal from the street.
But it is not able to open the door via the app.

Any ideas? Nuki lists the 2608 as compatible. This device also uses simplebus1. So I don’t understand why some simplebus1 devices work, while others not.
