mein Vermieter hat mir vor kurzem eine neue Gegensprechanlage verbaut: bticino 344282
Laut Kompatibilitätscheck leider nicht von nuki supportet … schöne Sache. Den Opener konnte ich vorher nämlich ein Jahr lang an der alten Gegensprechanlage benutzen
Nun wollte ich hier im Forum einfach mal nachfragen, ob es nicht doch eine Möglichkeit gibt, dass ich meinen Opener weiterhin nutzen kann. Dabei ist es mir völlig egal, ob der Opener an die Gegensprechanlage angeschlossen wird oder ich ihn komplett ohne Anlage benutze und diese quasi überbrücke? Ihr merkt, ich habe wirklich keine Ahnung. Die Gegensprechanlage brauche ich jedenfalls nicht.
Angeschlossen sind folgende Kabel:
grün, schwarz, blau, rot
Final weiring.

The problem was in setup in App during Configuration process.
As I understand you need to choose option that intercom can open the door only after ring from outside and press the button outside in correct time, then Opener measure the signal level and start working.
Igor, vielen Dank! Ich brauche die gewöhnliche Option: wenn jemand aussen strassenseitig(!) auf der Sprechanlage den Knopf drückt, drückt man von innen(!) den Öffnungsknopf, und dann soll der Opener die Tür öffnen. Ist das die korrekte Verkabelung dafür?
Igor, thanks so much! I need the regular option: if someone press outside(!) the button, someone indoor(!) press the button for opening and the opener should open the door. Is this the correct wiring for this option?
I got the same intercom and i struggle to get it working.
I dont know which port is + and which one is -.
I saw two different guides where the “left” one is + and others show the “right” one as +.
Is + and - related to the intercom or the inhouse cable?
I live in the third floor so i dont wanna run down every single time
I tried both ports as + so i could check that but i had different issues with both.
In the one config (like shown in this thread by igor) it kinda worked with calibration of the opener but when i ring the bell downstairs i didn’t get a signal in the nuki app and talking from my intercom to the doot downstairs did not work anymore.
When i turned around the wiring i get an error that im not in bluetooth range and it stopped.
I think the wiring like the one from igor was much closer to get working than turning it around.
I did not try the other thing with choosing the option that somenoe needs to ring before i can open the door. will try that tomorrow or the day after. but i hope you can help me with finding out which port is + and which one is -
So I think I did the wiring correct. Nuki detects something and my intercom is still working.
I had problems with talking. So nothing heard on both sides of the intercom. But ringing and opening from intercom still worked.
But still there were issues with Niki app config. I tried generic btcino with the option to open before and after ringing but both didn’t work so setup was exited.
I think there has to be a trick and it’s software related. Hope someone can help
Hallo, ich habe ein störungsfreies Interface zwischen den Nuki Opener und der Bticino Sprechanlage.
Geeignet für folgende Bticino Modelle 344704, 344272, 344082, 344292 u. 344282.
Funktioniert nur bei Sprechanlagen mit 1 Außenstelle.
Zu kaufen gibt es dieses auf willhaben.at unter BiNuki.
Nachdem mir der Nuki Support auch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen konnte, hoffe ich, dass sich hier nochmal jemand meldet.
Ich habe bisher das vereinfachte setup verkabelt. Also nur das rote und schwarze Kabel vom nuki zusätzlich an den Bus der Gegensprechanlage.
Der Assistent konnte die Tür nicht öffnen, es hat nach dem bestätigen mit „Ja“ trotzdem funktioniert.
Ich kann die Tür also mittlerweile öffnen, allerdings würde ich gerne auch benachrichtigt werden, wenn es klingelt.
Dies scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Muss ich dafür weiter Kabel anschließen? Der Assistent scheint allerdings alle Signale für klingeln und öffnen sauber zu erkennen. Jedenfalls scheint es so im debug Modus angezeigt zu werden.
