My Door Sensor batteries lasted only 3 months and I don’t know how to think.
We are two people only in my family and I cannot understand the reason of this.
What can I do to solve the issue?

My batteries with 1.1.0 door sensor beta firmware lasted only from 29 apr to 4 July, 3 months again and these batteries costs A LOT.
So, any real way to have got a duration like the one mentioned on commercial page (2 years) ?
This seems to be an individual problem. Please contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support). Please add pictures of the door and mounting position of the door sensor to the ticket.
I have opened it on day 4 but still haven’t got a reply 
mine is also after a maximum of 3 month at low voltage and I get the warning message.
Same problem here, really annoying.
