Nuki Bridge stuck on FW 2.4.26

Hi, I try to integrate my Nuki combo 2.0 in Home Assistant with Nuki Card with callbacks method.

To work properly, The bridge needs to be in version 2.5+, but mine that I bought 2 years ago is still in 2.4.26.
I tried the troubleshooting guide for auto update since one week but the FW doesn’t want to update.

Don’t you think it should have updated since 2 years? I use a 4G modem, I will try on an installation with fiber or adsl … but I do not believe it too much.

Trying to update the Bridge within another network may be worth a try.

And best contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) for direct help on the issue.
