in the new App I have noch information about Smartlockuser. All User have the same name and did nothing.

please send a log file with a short description of the problem and the exact time when it occured to our support team at contact@nuki.io, so we can check the details of what happend.

It would be helpful if you could also attach a screenshot of the Nuki app user list in the e-mail.
