in the new App I have noch information about Smartlockuser. All User have the same name and did nothing.

please send a log file with a short description of the problem and the exact time when it occured to our support team at, so we can check the details of what happend.

It would be helpful if you could also attach a screenshot of the Nuki app user list in the e-mail.
