I believe that adding the bridge wouldn’t make it more reliable at this point because the bridge communicates with the lock through BLE anyway and HK still has to get the answer from the bridge.
I believe that new HK architecture is more demanding and polls the devices more often (my 2 cents) hence the reason why sometimes we see “no response” from the locks because they might timeout in some of this HK polling requests.
What I don’t get, is why some of other BLE more basic accessories such as temp & humidity sensors, don’t experience this issue and seem to always respond, even on new architecture, although I believe that they should be more “basic” accessories than the lock.
