please help just installed latest software now Nuki unlocks completely 2 turns but on locks half a turn leaving UNLOCKED done all calibrations to no avail…please help ASAP

Also why is there no local telephone number for the UK?? thanks

I have just fixed by opening door then turning to locked position THEN calibrating “still with Nuki in locked position” ,now when Nuki did its calibrationsthen calibrated again in normal mode ie unlocked 1st…very strange but did the trick
