Issue with NUKI Lock Charging wire

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my NUKI lock PRO 4.0. Even though it is connected to the power supply with a cable, it does not seem to be charging. When I disconnect and reconnect the cable, it starts charging up to 100%, but then it stops and does not resume charging. Once it reaches 100%, it stops and starts discharging. For example, right now it is at 81%. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Could it be a problem with my USB charger, or is this the expected behavior?…

But now the battery is at 60 and has not started yet.
My guess is that there is a bug in the current version of 4 pro

I’ve had somewhat of a similar issue. I think it’s when the charger is too powerful. Ie it doesn’t work with my laptop charger but an old iPhone charger works. Maybe try that.
