Did anyone get the Nuki Opener working with the Elcom BVF-210WS? Steven posted pictures and asked the question back in January but I couldn’t find a reply in the thread. I have the same intercom in my rental flat and would love to get the Opener connected. Thanks very much for your help, Alex.
Hey!
Last week our intercom system was upgraded. The new system is ELCOM digital i2 bus (Elcom BHT-200). According to the electrician, only such systems are likely to be installed. I will try using Hardware Mod from this thread to connect Nuki Opener. 3 years ago it was said that you couldn’t handle FM modulated systems yet. Will there be a solution in the near future?
I guess with this two manuals you can compare and map similar functions between the bvf-510 <-> bvf-210
According to the manuals the X X are similar to the W V
Hello Matze Red, for me its also the BVM-280 - if you are still active, would you mind sending me a picture of you’re wiring too?
Hello Denis,
I am excited to test this on my BVM-280 as well! Currently I am exhausted trying to get this work… I will order the RED114Y, could you provide me with a picture of your wiring in the next few days?
Kind Regards!
Hello Jonathan,
I did this back at the end of March, 2023. I have found some photos. Hopefully they can help you. See below.
BVM-280 before picture:
NOTE: Your line colors may differ from mine.
On BVM-280 labeled: KKRaab (left to right)
RED114Y installed:
- Move the BVM-280 right “a” (white for me) and “b” (green for me) to the RED114Y, “X" (left) and “X” (right), respectively.
- Run a wire (red for me) from the RED114Y “X” (left) to the BVM-280 right “a”.
- Run a wire (black for me) from the RED114Y “X” (right) to the BVM-280 “b” (far right).
- Connect the purple and blue from the Nuki Opener to the RED114Y ctrl-in as shown in the picture.
- Connect the yellow from the Nuki Operner to the BVM-280 “K” (left).
- Connect a jumper wire from the BVM-280 “K” (right) to the BVM-280 “a” (right). This jumper is black in my picture.
- Be sure to set S1 to “A” and S2 to “0” on the Elcom RED114Y.

Hey Denis,
thank you so much for the description - i just ordered the RED114Y and I am excited to see whether it works!
Ill give you an update as soon as i did the first tests!
Many thanks to all here. I was able to set up my Nuki Door opener and run it together with the indoor station door communication Elcom BHT-200 and I am super happy.
As suggested here I bought the switch device RSR-200 for 31€ +6€ shipment, to replace the standard switch device of BHT-200.
I did the following:
- Change the standard switch device to RSR-200 and use the same connection to the house (everything is working as before)
- Solder the purple and blue cable on the front side of the PCB as Uwe Denker did, my open button is still working (many thanks for sharing your photo, my printed circuit board looks exactly like yours). I have asked a friend to do the soldering.
- Connect switch device RSR-200 contact “K” with the yellow cable of Nuki door opener
- bridge the contact “K” with “a” on RSR-200 via a small cable
- Use the device “Generic” and “analog” in the Nuki opener app setting (you find it in the list of brands under “G”)
Only 3 cables I have used from Nuki door opener (yellow, blue and purple)
What is working:
- Opening via app (without pre-activating by ringing)
- Ring to open
What is not working:
- Suppression of ringing when doing ring to open (which is no problem for me)
I have not shared photos as all photos can be found above in this thread. So also without electronic skills Nuki opener can be connected to Elcom BHT-200. Just read this thread 3-4 time .
BR, Joerg
Thank you everyone without this thread I won’t be able to do it.

Has anyone here with the BFT-200 gotten ring suppression to work? I know we have a button, but I’d like to automate my doorbell to stop ringing in the middle of the night
Unfortunately not, I am also looking for a solution. Are there any news on this topic?
Hello Tobias, can you please provide pictures of BFT-200 with RSR-200? Thanks and best regards Paul
Hey all,
finally, after a lot of tinkering, soldering and a dead BHT-200 a got everything to work (Besides ring suppersion)
@NUKI I would really appreciate if you could mame the i2Bus work in the future!
Thank you, especially Dunkel_Jorg for the instructions and @Nabeel_Khan for the pictures!
I noticed one thing: If I press the ring button, the relais ony acitvates (makes a klicking sound) after the ring melody has concluded.
So there is a round about 3 second delay before the opener opens the door, although in the app the delay is set to 0 seconds.
So my question is: Has anyone with the BHT-200 also made this experience? Could this be a configuration (hardware or software) mistake on my side?
Any opinion or help would be appreciated
Hello,
Can someone help me? Where exactly do I need to solder the wires on the BFT 200? The upper button, where others have soldered their wires, is the button for the handset to speak on the BFT 200. Should I use the button below it instead? Thank you for your support!
Hi again Guys, it has been long since i setup up my Openeer it was wonderful and always work awesome, but since 2 weeks i have problem with Opener i have not changed any setting form app or Intercom. some time it works some time dont
with my wife account it working sometime some time doest
changed batteries / reset bridge but does not seems to work as it was. i was wondering if i am alone in this problem ?
thanks
Hi Andre, hast du eine Lösung? VG Paul
Leider nicht…hab den Opener wieder zurück gesendet.
Since the RSR-200 is also compatible with the BFT-200, my instructions here should be compatible I think? No soldering required: Elcom bht-200 - #12 by 0ngx
Can someone help me? I don‘t know how to connect the Nuki opener to the elcom bvm-100.
Hey all,
I have followed the instructions for my BFT-200 and got it working (with the RSR-200 Relay).
The only thing I have noticed is, that my Opener firmware is stuck to 1.11.0. Has anyone noticed a similar thing? How can I fix it, because I don’t know any way to manually install a firmware for the opener (according to the app there is no firmware update available).
Thanks!
Roxasu
