How to send a log-file

If we ask you to send a log-file please always only do this via the In-App process! Open the hamburger menu of the Nuki App and select Help at the bottom of the list: [log-file_help] Scroll down to Contact customer support option to start the process: [Nuki_support_1] You will need to fill out some data and select the affected device and debug logs will be automatically created and added to the support ticket in the process: [Nuki_support_2]

How to become a Nuki Android App beta tester

To become a beta tester of the Nuki Android App go to the Nuki App in the Google Play Store and choose “Become a beta tester”. [Become-a-beta-tester_android] Note Do not post private details like IDs of smartlocks or bridges here, but only send these via E-Mail or as a private message to a Nuki team member.
