Airbnb Integration doesn't work at all

Hi all,

the integration of two flats with Airbnb that I have contracted with you through Nuki Smart Hosting has stopped working and customers with bookings from November 18 are not receiving the invitations from Nuki to use the keypad, the opener or the Smart lock.
In fact, the problem is not that it is not sending the corresponding email, but that it is not generating the necessary users in Nuki and I am being forced to generate them manually.
Iit’s not the 1st time this has happened to me but it fixed itself without being able to identify what the bug was. i didn’t receive an email with connectivity error (it also happened to me in the past), it simply stopped working…, but please I need help because it’s a lot of work.
Please don’t ask me to:

  1. Update my two ads (I’ve done it more than 5 times).
  2. Disconnect and reconnect the integration with Airbnb (I’ve done this more than 5 times)
  3. Disconnect the affected devices from Nuki Web (there are 4 affected devices and I have done it more than 5 times).
    In all cases the result is the same, my Airbnb ads viewed from Nuki Web appear empty and the system does not generate users, permissions or send emails to customers.
    Any idea?

I have an open case with Nuki support but I didnt have any solution in 3 weeks so I have to generate codes, sent invitations and whatever by myself :exploding_head:

same here… it’s so annoying and no help so far from Nuki support since almost 2 weeks.

to not confuse topics here: As stated previously Nuki reliability issues - #5 by MatthiasK recent infrastructure work caused selective issues related to instability which should be resolved.

Based on feedback, our team has identified an issue yesterday regarding the sync for new bookings which will be addressed in a short term fix in the upcoming days.

While follow up with our support team as they will be able to provide further information as this is not a support forum. Thank you.

To not confuse topics here: I’m not talkng about issues with the sync with new bookings. I mean I can’t sync any booking, recent or not. And this is not a new issue. It was happened few months ago and it happen again 3 weeks ago.
