the last couple of months there has been a number of outages.
i have been using Nuki smart lock for many years now, and always with no issues, somehow the last couple of months there has been a number of issues on Nuki side.
these issues are causing the locks not to work properly. I use the MQTT with all my locks ( 3 Locks). and while MQTT should work without cloud based issues , the locks do stop working properly until the problems are resolved. hopefully the Nuki team will putt all their efforts in resolving these issues and make this lock reliable again. for now im forced to use the nukihub solution on GitHub until Nuki fixed their issues.
I am having similar issues. No connection between Nuki Server and Opener this morning, because the bridge does not show up, despite hving it already rebooted…
NB: Just seeing “partial outage” on the status page for virtually all services. Ammoying. I got my opener only since 3 days. Is this normal reliability?
I experienced the same “no connection” troubles. It is becoming a worrying “routine”: daily pulling the battery-pack, place it back after a minute and pray that “it” works for another day. Although the dashboard is handy it are the ongoing Matter troubles and unsolved but long known issues, like the not-function battery-report and the inability to generate a message-report from the Nuki app to the HelpDesk, due to which I am losing my trust in the safety of the Nuki locks and the eco-system. This is a product that should be rock-solid, hassle-free and with multiple redundancy of the back-end servers.
Same here. Again lock and opener offline! This is a Desaster because this is since a year like this with a couple of weeks in October were it worked. Now again offline.
unfortunately I have to report similar frustration.
Using two Nuki Smart Lock 4 Pro and both show still problems with WLAN or Matter connection.
did not experience improvements and for such a critical device it is crucial to have access from remote.
This is the reason, why I bought this product and not other brands.
Hope, that it will improve, otherwise I will sell my both systems and move somewhere else…
Hello everybody.
I’m experiencing similar issues with Smartlock 4th gen. Installed in May24. Worked fine till September. Since then continuous disconnection from server. The only wayn to solve is going there and rebooting by removing battery. After tons of communication with Nuki support, they told the device was defective. Device changed by the vendor but the issue prompted again after 3 days.
This is a total nightmare, as the device is installed in a apartment I rend and it is off no use for me.
What is the plan from the developers to address this?
