"Your account forbids the execution"

We have a Nuki Web account with Advanced API Integration (Short Rental) set to Live .

This account was working correctly with our SaaS integration (PMS named SIBO), but starting today all REST API calls return:

403 {“detailMessage”:“Your account forbids the execution”}

Details:

  • OAuth2 token is freshly generated
  • Scopes requested:account notification smartlock smartlock.readOnly smartlock.action smartlock.auth smartlock.config smartlock.log
  • Webhooks are working (204 responses visible in Nuki Web)
  • Integration status in Nuki Web shows Live
  • Other Nuki accounts connected to the same SaaS work with the exact same flow

Even simple GET /smartlock fails with the same 403, so this does not appear to be a scope issue.

Could you please check whether Advanced API execution / REST entitlement is disabled or blocked for this specific account and re-enable it?

The account used to work and nothing was changed on our side.
