You have already tried recently. Please try again in a while

Cannot login to nuki WEB. After an attempt to login I got message:
“You have already tried recently. Please try again in a while”. But this is already 12 hours and I cannot log in.
Tried even anonymous mode and diffenrent PCs but the message is still there and cannot log in. Any hints?

I have two web accounts for two SmartLocks. The second account login works normally…
