Our hotel client has six and more NUKI locks connected to each room to allow guests to use the hotel’s entrance, corridors, common areas and the guest’s room itself.
When we transfer new codes (AUTHs) to the smartlocks, sometimes one or two locks don’t receive the AUTH even if we get the OK status (204) from the server.
Could a temporary unavailability of the lock be the problem? Will NUKI retry to send the code or should we retry it as long as the new AUTH doesn’t show up?
