I was fighting with this the whole morning. whatever I turn on mqtt in my lock ultra it was disconnecting from wifi after 60 second and staring again the cycle.
Firmware version
5.7.9
I just found that the DHCP TTL was at 60 second. so at the moment it expires intead of renewing IP it restart connecting to the WIFI network. I am just cheking now with a dhcp TTL of 5 minutes and it renewing at it should.

A typical DHCP lease time in home environments is 24h. Even in very aggressive scenarios its usually >1h. A lease time of 1min - even if supported by the SL - would rapidly drain its batteries because of the amount of WIFI traffic it produces.

I completely agree with you. I was reusing a VLAN, and I’m sure I had a very good reason for setting that lease time, although I don’t remember which one it was. I’ve changed it to 24 hours now. I wasn’t thinking about battery usage — I had completely forgotten about that.
