What does it mean "no access" for a smart lock?

About an hour ago, my Nuki Smart Lock says “no access” (as on the screenshot below)

I can’t:

  • lock/unlock the device
  • add/remove access codes
  • manage the device (rename, etc…)

I can, however, see that the device synchronizes every now and then (in a few minute intervals). Tried to remove/insert battery, did not help.

Anyone knows what does it mean?

More info: connection seems fine on the Android app. I can lock/unlock the device with the app. However, Web and API are not working…

@Admin_Woot how did you solve the issue?
Also were you able to figure our what caused the issue in the first place?

Hi!

“No access” in Nuki Web means that your smart lock can’t be reached remotely or via the API. Please click on “Update now” button to see, if the problem is resolved. If not please check your Wifi connection or if the smart lock is reachable via the bridge (depending on which model you use).
Finally you can also check, if the Nuki Web user is present in the User menu of your Nuki App.
