The web API isn’t working again. Every few days the message “502 Bad Gateway” appears for several hours.
Why is this service so unstable?

Hello together,
today, my guest wanted to check in at 3 pm. Nuki Web and the API were not available. There was a 502 Bad Gateway nginx error. After 30 minutes, Nuki Web could be reached again successfully. Of course, this is not reliable for my Gust check-in via API.
@Nuki: Is there an explanation for this? Many thanks in advance.
