Hello Everyone,
I am new to the Nuki Family and I saw there’s lots of people here with expert knowledge so I’d rather ask before doing anything.
I am renting in a condo with 2 security doors (basement and Lobby) and would like to use the Nuki Opener to open these doors with my phone so I don’t have to be home for that.
My intercom model seems to be Urmet 1138-010, according to the plate, as I have no manual or documentation. This seems to be an unusual model? I can’t really find any compatibility for that one…but I am also out of my depth here.
Please find pictures of the intercom insides and connectors attached. Connector Box is labeled OV, CA, FB, FA. Currently, someone needs to call my apartment first before I can open any doors via Intercom.
I only care about opening the door via app once I receive a notification that someone called my door, while I’m not at home… No audio talks etc necessary.
Is this possible with the Nuki Opener? Could someone with experience explain how I need to wire everything so this works?
