Urgent help need from nuki: Given Smart lock ID is not valid

Hello,

I buy two new smartlock4 pro white color from amazon.fr (i’m french)
when i try to register my smartlock with Smart Lock ID => Given Smart lock ID is not valid
the other smartlock, no problem.
I read smartlock id on the box and is the same on nuki web
Please help me register my smartlock4 pro, i can’t buy Nuki Guarantee Plus on this smartlock
