I have a Nuki 4 Pro and im in the Beta Progamm. But still in the APP it shows Firmware 4.0.31. Its not possible to update to a new firmware. It shows no new Firmware.
At the moment the Wifi of the Look is disabled. With bluetooth i can open and close the look. So the connetion is fine.
