Unlocking door results in open door

Hi!

After installing my first Nuki 3.0 Smart lock I had to return my first device due to bluetooth issues on the device. The replacement arrived a couple of days ago and was installed today.

I have a door with a lever on the out- and inside.
I calibrated the Smart lock and tested it out.

What is happening:
When I lock the door, the door is locked.
When I unlock the door, the door is unlatched and the bolt/latch is pulled in.

I do not want the door to be unlatched after unlocking, this causes the door to not be able to close again.
The latch is completely in and even after pulling the lever it is not getting out.

Can this be fixed or do I need to return the Nuki since it does not meet the expectations?

P.S.: You need to change Smart Lock > Settings > Features & Functions > General > Door fitting > to “Lever” and recalibrate the Smart Lock.
