Hi, I wanted to upgrade the firmware. The BT transfer faild so I removed battery and resterted the lock (SM3Pro). No it connects via BT yet says battery is almost empty and does not connect to server… When I try to log in to Nuki web, I get “The supplied value ‘null’ for parameter ‘loginChallenge’ is not valid” or “Your account forbids the execution” if I try Google login instead eml/pass. Any issues with servres or is there an issue on my side?
