After using the open door option in HomeKit (and I think through matter as well), the status in HomeKit changes to Locked. But the door is actually unlocked.
Is this a HomeKit problem, or what the lock is transmitting?
I can’t troubleshoot any more to figure this out as my yellow cog has broken after the lock tried to kill itself. And sadly after two days I’ve had no contact from support.
Disappointing that I have a new exciting gadget, but can’t use it.
