Frequently when the door is opened (latch is pulled) the Ultra gets jammed in the maximally unlatched position. It happens frequently but not all the time. I cannot physically turn the Nuki to release the latch. I have to repeatedly try using my keypad to open the door and eventually it decides to release the latch. I’ve seen this issue mentioned before and it has been mentioned that a previous firmware update was supposed to resolve this but the issue seems to persist. Has anyone who has been experiencing this issue noticed any improvement? Can this please be addressed by the Nuki team?

i have the ultra for a month now, and it happend 2 times. Thought it was my door causing this.

Yesterday I had the same issue with a NUKI ultra for the first time, installed one month ago (FW 5.6.10). The latch opened and did not release. I was not able to manually turn the knob from the inside. After using the fingerprint at the keypad again, everything was fine again.
