Hello everyone, I have got nuki auto lock activated and it fails to lock a lot of time, wake upping me in the night at 01 o clock when the nightly mode is being activated.
Look, the screen, at 23.34 I manually unlock the door and open it, but door sensor arrives “later” so in the logs its one minute before, at 23.33 it tells door opened but it was impossible since it was still locked.
The issue comes at 23.34 when I close the door but for some reason the software its telling that I have locked it manually (we never lock it manually) so nothing happens until 01.00 which triggers a forced lock action.
The issue is there also after 5 minutes (the configured time to lock door), so at 23.39 the door still stays without locking :
has someone else an hint to handle this issue?
Door sensor firmware is 1.2.0 which gives me an impressive battery life
