Thank you for the reply. But yes. I have read it. But it doesn’t help me. Every time when I leave my home I do it with open Auto Unlock status on my phone. The app only detects I’ve left the geofence in about 2 out of 100 attempts. The other 98 times, even if I’m 50 kilometers away, the Nuki app still shows “Enter geofence” in green and never “Exit geofence”. I am always with location on on my phone and the app knows very well where I am, because I can see my real location on the map. Even though the app knows my location, it doesn’t show “Exit Geofence” status in green.

In order to get proper help contact the customer support and provide them further logs via “Menu → Help → Contact customer support”, as this is an individual issue and not a general one.
