Nuki is not compatible with cylinders that do not rotate on both sides, when a key is inserted. Your best solution is to change the cylinder.
Alternative options are:
- Add a door sensor and use this hidden feature
- Try to use the unlatch/open door function to correct the position.
- Try to issue a “full lock” command through the Nuki Web API
- Lock (or unlock) the Smart Lock with the handwheel. Turn to fully locked position or unlocked position.
- Create a feature request and ask for adding “full lock” or “position run” as command to the MQTT API.
