I have a Smart Lock 4.0 Pro that quitted (definitely?) operation with error code 4A. As far as I’ve seen here (and according the message in the App), there is nothing other to do than contact the support team, which I did on last Wednesday via support from/e-mail. Except an automatic response asking me to send mostly the same data as I’ve sent in the initial support request (which I’ve sent again), nothing happened since… How long does it take usually to have a response for support request?
