Sold my apartment with Nuki, how to transfer it?

I sold my apartment and the buyer is going to take the Nuki same lock as he likes it too. How do I permanently transfer him the lock rights? He is afraid that I might have access to it later on?

  1. If you added it to Nuki Web, remove it from your Nuki Web account
  2. Factory reset it with the Nuki App and let the new owner set it up from scratch

All keys are deleted with a factory reset. Removing it from Nuki Web just makes sure that the new owner does not run into problems when he tries to add it to his own account.
