Smatlock 4.0 Pro offline

I bought my Nuki about three months ago, I always managed to open the door remotely while it’s been about two weeks that it always tells me offline
I followed all the instructions to solve the problem but after a few hours it goes offline again

Same for me, having this problem for the second time now in the past few weeks. Removing the battery pack for a couple of minutes restores functionality.

Using the 4.0 Pro also with direct Bluetooth connection to the Android (14) phone, iOS has the same problem.

Please contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) as this are individual problems and might require sharing logs and other sensitive data.

Besides that this forum is not a customer support forum and focused on developer related issues and beta testing of unreleased software.
