Smartlock Ultra: Security Code cant be saved

Hello Community,

I just have received my SL Ultra but cant integrate it because the individual Security Code cant be saved.

Thus the Setup process failed. I already created an regular Support Ticket but would like to know if someone experienced the same?

I was asked to install the fresh 2024.12.2 but it seems that this is only available for iOS yet:

If someone has an Android APK please let me know :slightly_smiling_face:

the version 2024.12.2 will be released as soon as it went through the review at Google - but this shouldn’t affect your issue

Please try out to restart Bluetooth on your device as well as restarting the Smart Lock by pressing the button, keeping it pressed until the top segment lights up red and then release the button again

could you also provide me the support ticket number to check the logs which should have been sent with it?

Tried (already) again but unfortunately this doesnt help.

I also tried to pair it manually within the Smartphone Bluetooth Stack but afterwards the behavior of the Nuki App Setup procedure/problem was the same.

Ticket has the number 551640

Clearing App Cache and Data… was the quickfix for me
