We bought a smartlock 1 or 2 years ago which had been paired with a phone. Unfortunately, the phone has broken down (beyond repair). We bought a bridge to be able to better manage our locks. The bridge has been configured with another device.
We can’t add the old smartlock to the bridge we’ve just bought. I have the impression that we’ve fallen into a grey area in the FAQs available on the Nuki site and the discussions already available on this forum.
We have several locks affected by this problem.
It would be great if I could get some feedback on this. Have all our smartlocks paired with this phone become bricks? Can we force them to be manually reset?
