Sorry for my bad english but wil do my best.
I have a Nuki smart lock and a Nuki Bridge but I cant pair them with the instructions in the app. When I add the bridge its okay but when I want to add the Smartlock the app tells me that I must push de button for 5 seconds on both devices after I did this I click ‘understood’ and the app ditectly link back to the add device page and nothing happend. Can anyone help me out?
Bridge has been added
After the bridge had added I click add other device and push the bridge and smartlock button for 5 seconds and click Begrepen (dutch Word for understood)
After this the app directly return to add device
