Q: I have a Ubiquity UniFi WiFi router. What are the best settings for use with Nuki Smart Locks?
If you have problems with your Nuki products in a UniFi environment we recommend the usage of the “Enhanced IoT compatibility” feature which is described here.
In order to use it, you have to create a separate WiFi network for your IoT devices and turn on the “Enhanced IoT compatibility” flag in the WebUI or the “2.4GHz IoT-Only Mode” in the Unifi app for this newly created network. Afterwards add your Nuki devices to it.
