Smart lock ulta cylinder / universal cylinder in a Biffar door

Hi There,

Is anbody using a universal cylinder or a smart lock ultra with cylinder in a Biffar door?

I am asking because Biffar doors typically require a double-sided cam (see sketch) while Nuki cylinders are shipped with a single-sided cam only, which is not recommended for Biffar doors.
