Smart Lock / Position detection - Potential bug

This bug is still there, in France, with the 3.5.12 firmware … 3 to 6x /day
Is anyone knows how to manage this ?

Please contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) as this is an individual problem and might require sharing logs and other sensitive data.

This just happened to me with the 4th gen (on firmware 4.0.31).

The door UNLOCKED itself and is reported in the logs as “position detection”
